Since the foundation as GOGRD(Global Organisation for Gramodyog and Research and Development) in 1991, we have tirelessly worked to empower rural communities. With a renewed focus and identity as GRDO(Global Research Development Organisation), our commitment to sustainable development and community resilience remains stronger than ever.
Key Milestones
1991: Launched Bee Cultivation Training Programmes
1995: Launched Yuvalakshya Programme, sponsored by UNICEF, continued till 2000
1998: Formation Self Help Groups, sponsored by NABARD, and later SGSY program by GOI.
2000: Biogas Production Training Programmes in Rural India
2002: Actively Training Farmers under Mushroom Cultivation Programme
2004: Training Programmes in Computer Technology through various courses.
2007: Cultural Programmes, Sports Events Organisation
2010: Actively did Health Awareness Campaign Programmes
2012: Product Promotion of SHGs, continued Computer Training & Awareness Programmes
2015: Awareness Programmes for Swacch Bharat Abhiyana, Clean Water
2018: Awareness Programmes for Climate Change, Solar Energy and Saving Environment
2020: Moral Support, Mask & Medical Equipments Distribution in Covid times
2022: Awareness for Biofuel, & Sustainable Development Goals, Tree Plantation
2024: Rebranding & Skill Development Initiative through CSR projects
FROM GOGRD TO GRDO
Established in 1991 as Gramodyog Samaj Sewa Samiti, we evolved into the Global Organisation for Gramodyog & Research & Development (GOGRD) to reflect our commitment to rural development and innovation in 2009.
In 2016, we relocated from Bulandshahar to Ghaziabad, a strategic move to enhance accessibility, partnerships, and operations.
In 2024, we rebranded as the Global Research Development Organisation (GRDO), symbolizing our broadened vision for sustainable growth and global outreach.
