1. General Policy
- All donations made to GRDO are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is processed, it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.
2. Duplicate or Error Transactions
- If a donor believes that a duplicate transaction or an erroneous charge has been made, we request that they notify us within 7 working days of the transaction.
- Upon verification, a refund may be processed through the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
- If you believe your debit/credit card or bank account has been used without your consent, please report it immediately to both your bank and GRDO.
- After investigation, if it is found to be a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, GRDO will initiate a refund.
4. Event Registrations or Campaigns
- In case of paid event registrations or campaign contributions, refunds may be considered only if the event is cancelled by GRDO.
5. Tax Exemption Receipts
- If a refund is approved, the original donation receipt issued for tax exemption will become invalid.
- Donors are responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws if a refund alters their eligibility.
